Director of the American Society of Consulting Planners, previously served two terms each as President and Vice President; charter member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American Planning Association, a registered “Professional Community Planner” in the State of Michigan, member of the Economic Development Working Group of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Council, five-year term on the Advisory Council to the College of Architecture, Art and Planning at Cornell University. Howard I. Reynolds, PE, Executive Vice President - Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, Virginia Military Institute. Thirty (CHECK) years of professional engineering experience. Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Transportation Research Board, the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Fellow of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. He has served on several professional committees, has published papers and has participated in various professional conferences.

Lectures on SEQRA and on planning and zoning issues at conferences, seminars and workshops.

Michael A. Galante, Senior Vice President - Associate of Civil Engineering Degree, Westchester Community College; Transportation Planning, Manhattan College. Twenty-three years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. Received a Design for Transportation Commendation for Design Excellence Award from the U.S. Department of Transportation and National Endowment for the Arts.
