Transportation Studies (Private)

Since transportation services were first offered by the firm in 1978, more than 400 projects (excluding those related to planning projects) have been successfully completed. Most have been traffic engineering studies related to land development projects. Some of the types and locations of these studies are listed below.


Residential Projects - More than 150 studies have been completed for projects ranging in size from small single-family subdivisions to multi-family developments with more than 1,000 units. These projects have been located in:

Office Developments - Access studies for a variety of office buildings and office parks have been completed for more than 80 clients including both private developers and major corporations such as Equitable Realty, Xerox, Miles Laboratories, and others. These projects range from small, single buildings to multiple building developments of 700,000 square feet.

Parking Studies - School studies include analyses for approximately 40 new or expanded elementary, middle and high schools as well as colleges and universities.
