Charge Account

Charge accounts are welcome and available for large accounts. Call or write to customer service for a credit application. Payment terms are Net 30. Accounts over 30 days past due are charged 2% per month interest. Accounts over 60 days past due are placed on a C.O.D. basis. We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Master Card and Visa.

Limit on Liability

Submitting any film, print, negative, computer disk, computer tape, CD, DVD, digital file, art or any related equipment or materials to Station constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary, agents or affiliates will only entitle you to replacement cost not to exceed $50.00. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print, negative, computer disk, computer tape, CD, DVD, computer file, art or any related equipment or materials is without warranty or liability, and recovery for incidental or consequential damages are excluded. Should material involve high origination costs, and Station be required to accept a greater liability, this must be declared in writing at the time the original materials are delivered to us, and the appropriate fee negotiated beforehand.All Digital Images are archived for up to 6 months. There is a $50.00 retrieval fee for all digital files.In the event of non-collection of any Station invoice or statement, the client agrees to pay all cost of collection, including the attorney’s fee and accrued interest to date.Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice.Advanced notice required for rush, overnight, weekend and holiday service. An additional charge may apply. Confirm upon ordering.Orders cannot be cancelled or altered without compensation to Station for work actually done.
